New Year's Day January 1, 2011

Katie, Adrian and Edward were back so it was a perfect opportunity to have them for dinner and have Christmas with Eddy. I invited the other grand children too with the intention of including Eddy in a picture of all the grandchildren to date. It was really nice to have Marc and Fawn with us over the holidays too and they are expecting their first baby in June! Grand baby #9!

This is one end of the table, Crystal, Jordan, Marc, Fawn and Martin.

The other end with Adrian, Jessica, Jacqueline, Taylor, Jonathan, Crystal, and Jordan. We also get to see the back of Katie's head as she is attending to Edward.

Chad was away from the table in the last shot so we got him this time!

This is great because I don't think Jordan and Marc decided together to take a funny shot at the same time, fun spontaneity!

I apologize that some of these pics are not in focus, just too impatient with my camera.

We learned from Boxing Day to feed the kids first then put on a movie while we have our dinner, works like charm!

Eddy is so cute and so good natured. Apparently he got a little spoiled for Christmas, can't imagine why!

Hailey, who just loves to climb on the table.

And Taylor who is so much like his Dad which is a very good thing!

Here we are with all 8 grandchildren, isn't this wonderful and aren't we lucky to have so many!

Jordan came up with the kaffia again to show Katie & Adrian so this time I grabbed my girls to get a shot of them together.

Now it was Eddy's turn to open his presents and it was obvious that he has had some practise!

He really has the art of tearing paper down pat!

He looks like he's reading the instructions of his new toy!

Mommy trying to show him his new pj's but he'd rather eat the ribbon instead!

"I guess they look pretty good", he says.

Eddy is all buttoned down to brace the cold with his boots, hat and mittens. It is his first Christmas and he did pretty well. Well, that was the end of the Christmas and New Year's holiday season and it was a memorable one. We always enjoy getting together as a family and look forward to every occasion that brings us together.
